Every Gilt Theory piece is made to last.
If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Each piece leaves our hands only when we're confident it's exactly as it should be. Fine metals and gemstones still require mindful wear—but if a craftsmanship issue ever arises, we're here.

Within the first year

If a craftsmanship issue arises within one year of receiving your piece, we will coordinate the repair at no labor cost to you. Where replacement materials are required (e.g., diamonds), these are charged at cost. We'll assist with insured return shipping.

Resizing is available within the first year where the design allows — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible for your specific piece.

After the first year

Our care doesn't expire. For any craftsmanship-related issue after the first year, we will always help—coordinating repair, covering labor where applicable, and sourcing replacement materials at cost.

Damage from wear

Damage from impact, bending, pressure, or chemical exposure falls outside of craftsmanship warranty—but we'll still help you restore the piece. Materials are charged at cost and shipping is coordinated based on what the piece needs.
