Because every Gilt Theory piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Every Gilt Theory piece is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering all manufacturing-related issues. We stand behind the integrity of everything we make.

Beyond the warranty period, our jewelers are available to service your piece at no charge for all workmanship-related care—including tightening settings, restoring surfaces, and refining details. Should servicing require replacement materials, these are offered at material cost only. The customer will be responsible for shipping to us. Return shipping will be covered by Gilt Theory.

Shipping & Delivery

From the moment your piece leaves our hands, it is packaged with intention, fully insured, and entrusted to select couriers for safe and timely delivery. Every order arrives in Gilt Theory's signature packaging, prepared as carefully as the piece itself.

Made to Order

Each Gilt Theory piece is made to order and requires approximately 5 weeks to complete. Once your piece is ready and on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details directly to your inbox.

Shipping & Duties

We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer, as these vary by country and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines prior to placing your order.

North America — 3 to 5 business days from shipping confirmation.

Worldwide — 3 to 10 business days from shipping confirmation.
