Each ring is made to order and completed within approximately 4 weeks.

We produce in limited quantities, crafting each piece individually rather than holding inventory.

Because of this, certain custom requests may be accommodated. To inquire about engraving, alternative gemstones, or other refinements, please contact gilttheory@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed individually.

By working closely with skilled ateliers, we remain directly involved in the making of each piece.

Every piece is made to order, beginning with a 3D design, followed by stone selection, casting, and hand setting by a dedicated specialist.

We offer complimentary insured shipping within North America, and a $50 flat rate for international orders.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within North America and 3 to 7 business days for international destinations.

Each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for the individual who places the order. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is carefully reviewed prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards for quality and finish. We create jewelry intended for long-term ownership.

We offer one complimentary resize for rings within 30 days of delivery. Resizing is limited to adjustments within two sizes of the original order and is subject to design feasibility. Shipping to our atelier is the responsibility of the client. Return shipping is covered by Gilt Theory.
